This program is perfect for those who want to work towards a bikini physique competition . This program is carried out by you at your own gym. We will create a custom fitness and nutrition plan based around calorie intake, macronutrient break-down and nutrient timing around your workouts, as well as customized fitness programming. I assess your current fitness and nutritional practices and educate you on how to eat rather than tell you what to eat.


We  will have weekly check ins and monthly progress reports with photos, for those who want to continue beyond one month. Fitness programming will change monthly.


The nutritional programming changes as needed with your progression. In addition to the meal plan, I suggest supplements & vitamins (all backed by science) which may be ideal for your situation.

We will also give you recipes and lists of recommended food products and snacks which we have complied.


The fitness programming includes YouTube links for exercises as well as sets, reps, rest time and %. It is all customized for your specific lifestyle and needs. Workouts are usually 5-6 days a week, about 1 hour each workout (but this varies) and some cardio (which is dependent upon the person).  For competition we have relationships with vendors for bikinis, shoes, tanning, make-up and posing lessons. Everything you need is taken care of so you can focus on your training and eating.


Jaclyn has been a bikini body competitor and knows what it takes to be at your peak. This program is available for  3,6, or 12 months starting at $1500 for 3 months .
