Pancakes have always been my strong point. This simple no fail recipe will create perfect pancakes every time. l'll start with the basic recipe first and a few variation below.
Prep time: 3 mins Cooking Time: 7 mins
Kodiak make high protein, whole grain mixes.
You can also use any basic pancake mix that says "add water"
Makes about 4 Pancakes (alter ingredients for more pancakes)
1/2 cup Kodiak Cake mix 1/4 Cup Egg Whites* or
1/2 scoop Dymatize Iso 100 Whey Protein ( I love Birthday Cake or Orange Creamsicle) 8g Collagen (optional)
1. Combine Kodiak Cake mix, Egg Whites & collagen in a blender or hand beat together until mixed smooth 2. Using a non stick pan over medium heat pour the mixture into the pan making 4″ pancakes 3. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form and then flip the pancake
I use Walden Farms Syrup or Fat Free Whipped cream but you can add any type of syrup on top. *using eggs or egg whites instead of water makes the pancakes fluffier

Pancake mix with 1/2 banana, protein powder and chocolate chips then follow steps 1-3
Pancake mix with bacon, chocolate chips & Dymatize Chocolate Peanut butter protein then follow steps 1-3
If you want to avoid all starches you can mash up a banana with egg whites, I would put it in a blender, then cook them as pancakes.
