Chocolate Berry Clusters

This quick and easy dessert combines the antioxidant powder of berries and dark chocolate with coconut oil and sea salt for a delicious, healthy guilt free dessert that hits the spot!

Prep time: less than 5 mins   Cooking time: less than 15 mins Yields: about 15 servings

Chocolate Berry Clusters


1. 2 cups frozen berries (you can use mixed berries or blueberries)

2. 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips melted  I use Lily's Dark Chocolate, it is low in sugar and has added fiber) 

3. 1 tbsp. coconut oil (room temperature, it needs to be liquid not solid)

4. Sea salt 


1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Melt chocolate and mix melted chocolate with coconut oil 

3. Place 4-5 berries in a cluster on the baking sheet

4. Drizzle chocolate mixture over the berries

5. Top with sea salt 

6. Place in freezer for 10 minutes
